Notre nouveau système d'authentification, initialement prévu pour le vendredi 12 avril, sera disponible le vendredi 25 avril. Pour rappel, vous trouverez les détails ci-dessous :
- Unification des Identifiants : Vous pourrez désormais accéder à votre interface superviseur, administrateur et trunk en utilisant le même identifiant et le même mot de passe. L'identifiant sera dorénavant l'adresse mail pour les trois interfaces. Nous vous recommandons de vérifier que les adresses e-mail associées aux comptes superviseurs soient correctes.
- Nouvelle Page de Connexion : À compter de cette date, vous serez automatiquement redirigé vers notre nouvelle page de connexion. Après votre première tentative de connexion, vous recevrez un mail automatique vous invitant à modifier votre mot de passe pour renforcer sa sécurité. Une fois cette étape accomplie, vous pourrez naviguer sur nos interfaces comme à l'accoutumée.
- Interface administrateur Centrex : Concernant l’interface administrateur Centrex, aucune modification, vous pourrez vous connecter comme habituellement.

Dear customers,
Our new authentication system, initially scheduled for Friday April 12, will be available on Friday April 25. As a reminder, you will find the details below:
- Unified Credentials: You will be able to access your supervisor, administrator, and trunk interfaces using the same username and password. The username will be the email address for all three interfaces. We invite you to verify the validity of the email addresses of supervisor accounts.
- New Login Page: From this date onwards, you will be automatically redirected to our new login page. After your first login attempt, you will receive an automated email prompting you to change your password to enhance its security. Once this step is completed, you will be able to navigate our interfaces as usual.
- Centrex Administrator Interface: There will be no changes to the Centrex administrator interface, and you will be able to log in as usual.
